Q: I'm not receiving email notifications. How do I fix this?
A: Check to make sure that the correct email address is entered in RezOvation Desktop. To do this:
- Navigate to Tools > Unit and Rate Setup.

- Select your property name from the list on the left.
Note: If you have multiple properties, you will need to repeat step 2 and 3 for each property listed.

- Enter the email address where you would like your reservation notifications sent, and click the Close button to save your changes.
Note: multiple emails can be entered separated by a semicolon (;), e.g. support@rezovation; info@rezovation.com

- Update the RezOvation Booking Engine with your email address information by clicking the Auto Update checkmark at the bottom right corner of the Reserve Day screen and selecting Verify Configuration Data.
