If you are having trouble entering your Guest Tracker unlock code, please try the following:
- Confirm that you are entering the unlock code information exactly as it is given to you.
That is:
The date you should enter is 1/1/2007, NOT today's date.
The Name should read as Guest Tracker User, NOT your property name.
The serial number should be 8652.
The number of users should be 9.
The license code is case sensitive. It is best to copy and paste the code from your email into the license manager window.

NOTE: If you are using Availability Online or Webervations, you should email us to obtain a unique unlock code.
- Check that your system clock is displaying the correct date.
Hover your mouse pointer over the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. It should read today's date. If it does not, double-click on the clock and change the date to read as today's date.
- Check that your Windows Regional Settings are configured to properly display dates.
Go to Start > Control Panel and select Regional Settings OR select Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options and then select the Regional and Language Options Control Panel icon. Look for the Short Date format. If it reads MM/DD/YY instead of MM/DD/YYYY then you need to edit your date format. Select Customize, then click the Date tab, and change the Short Date format to MM/DD/YYYY or M/D/YYYY.
- Update your version of Guest Tracker.
If you are using Guest Tracker 2.1 or 3.1, Guest Tracker may not be reading the year properly.
If you are using Guest Tracker 2.1, install the 2.175 update.
If you are using Guest Tracker 3.1, install the 3.122 update.
