1. Close RezOvation Desktop on all computers.
2. Open the RezOvation File Utility by going to Start > Programs > RezOvation > RezOvation File Utility. A small box will appear.
Note:
If the File Utility is not shown in your programs list, you may access it by opening Windows Explorer and going to: C:\Program Files\RezOvation. Double left click on the ROUtility.exe file.
3. Click the Repair File button. You will see a "Ready" status.
4. When the repair has successfully completed, the status will change to "Repair Successful".
Note: If you attempt to open the File Utility and it says "Problem with database connection", the database may not be accessible on the network. If you do not have a network, then the database may be missing. You may need to copy the data file back to C:\Program Files\RezOvation\ to get the file utility to work.
