Network Systems must all use the same version number of RezOvation. To check the version go to Help > About.
Setting the refresh interval
The refresh interval determines how often screens are refreshed. Unless you have a fast network (wired 100 mbps) you should set te refresh interval is to 30-40 seconds. To set this go to the Reserve Day Screen and select File > Network Refresh.
