Contact Data Screen

• Added searchable custom invoice text fields with letter codes.
• Added option to reassign payment from one invoice to another.
• Added Edit Payments option, which allows you to edit the payment date, payment type, payment amount, and delete payments. Note: It is not possible to delete payments processed using automatic credit card processing.
• Added require payment on completion of reservation option (to set this option, go to Tools > Configure > Functionality).
• Added Destroy Reservation Icon, which will completely delete the invoice and all charges / payments attached to the invoice.
• Added Contact Log delete button.
• Added Search by invoice number option in the Search menu.
• Resolved an issue where Copy Contact Data to Clipboard function would copy the city name, rather than the zip code.
• Mouse over popup on Start Unit under Contact Invoice History no longer states "click plus sign above next to invoice to view all units."
• Updated payment dialog to warn the user that you cannot process refunds in RezOvation that were made on the Booking Engine.

File Utility

• Added Restore from Backup menu item.

Gift Certificate

• Now have the ability to search by purchaser or redeemer.
• Added option to print a gift certificate receipt for the GC purchaser.

Hourly Screen

• Added action icons to top of screen: Check In, Print Letter, Print Registration Card, Backup
• Added more choices to the right click menu (accessible when right-clicking on an existing reservation), including Check In / Check Out and Print Letter.

Letters

• Added the following Reservation letter codes:
  • <UNITPHONE> Unit Phone Extension
  • <XDATE/LASTCHANGE> Last Change / Cancellation Date

• Increased the character limit for the (Salutation) letter code so that it matches the character limit in the List Edit configuration section.
• Removed unused letter codes and <BPHOTO> and <BLOGO>.

Online Availability & Booking Engine

• Resolved a display issue in the Select Names screen after updating online availability where the Online availability request notes appeared in the Last Name box on Select Names.
• Fixed a VerifyOccupancy3 error that occurred in some cases when running Verify Occupancy.

Point of Sale Screen

• Added option to print Point of Sale list.
• Added option to check in / check out from Point of Sale screen.
• Added No Shows radio button, which will filter the list to display on reservations that are arriving today but have not checked in.
• Added action icons to top of screen: Print Envelope, Check In/Check Out, Print Letter, Send Email, Print Registration Card, Destroy Invoice.
• Payment history information is now displayed on the bottom right side of Edit Invoice window.
• Added option to take payment before closing new or edited invoice (to set this option, go to Tools > Configure > Functionality).
• Custom Gift Certificate now prints properly when more than one Custom Gift Certificate exists.
• Deleting a POS item is associated with a deleted vendor no longer causes an error.
• Updated payment dialog to warn the user that you cannot process refunds in RezOvation that were made on the Booking Engine.

Reports

• Checked in status is now displayed on arrival, departure, and stay over reports. If checked in, will see check mark on left side of report.
• Added basic reports for Booking Engine users, which mimic the reports available online.
• Collection Reports are no longer printed when previewing the reports and choosing "Cancel".

Reserve Day Screen

• Different colors are now displayed for each group if desired (create new group reservation or edit group reservation list to assign colors).
• Option to print Wait List.
• Illegal characters entered in a POS Category are now properly handled when using the the Edit Reservation function.
• Group name is now correctly entered when a group reservation is created immediately after making a selection from Select Names screen.
• Updated payment dialog to warn the user that you cannot process refunds in RezOvation that were made on the Booking Engine.
• Units are now displayed properly on the Reserve Day screen when the screen resolution is set to 800x600. In some cases properties with more than 30 units were seeing an extra unit at the bottom of the screen.

Reserve Hour Screen

• Reservation start date is now displayed correctly after moving an hourly reservation.

Select Names Screen

• Added queries for number of nights/stays, check, by start unit stayed, and invoice custom fields.
• Can now print direct to envelope from this screen.
• Selections from the Select Names screen that return 0 records no longer cause an error message to display.
• REMOVE selection in the Select Names screen for Type: Has Email now works as expected.
• Resolved an issue in the POS Screen where RezOvation would default to the first contact from a selection made from the Select Names screens.

Unit Setup Screen

• Automatic discounts are now correctly applied to reservation when the TRIGGER value under Tools > Unit Setup > Taxes, Deposits, Discounts is set to zero.
• Updated TAB function in the Unit Setup screen so that it behaves as expected.
• Enabled error handling for the Unit Group section which eliminated a 524 error when updating Unit Group information.
