Customer List
- Added a name quick search to the top of the list that filters the current selection by last name
- List now sorts by default on "Last Name"
Sale & Reservation List
- Added a name quick search to the top of the list that filters the current selection by last name
- Added a "Recent" radio button which shows reservations that arrived in the last 12 months along with all future reservations
- Added a "Checked In" radio button which shows only reservations that are checked in
- Names now display with last name first
- List now sorts by default on "Arrival Date", with most recent reservation at the top
- Added custom filters for:
- Referral Source
- Reason
- Total Charges
- Cancelled Reservations
Occupancy Map
- Added right click options for Check In, Check Out, Edit Reservation, Cancel Reservation, Delete Reservation, and Add Payment.
- Added "Sort By" option that allows for sorting rooms by room name, room abbreviation, or room type (if room types are being used)
- Update tooltips for room names so that description text wraps after 100 characters (useful for long room descriptions)
Edit Reservation / Add Room
- Added tooltips for Room names
- Added tooltips for Package names
Reports and Letters
- Added new Folio called "Folio with Tax Details" which displays tax breakdown
- Updated template codes list in the help documentation to reflect all available codes
- Added Customer Details Template to Templates Configuration section
- Added Gift Certificate Document Template to Templates Configuration section
- Added Registration Card Document Template to Templates Configuration section
- Renamed "Miscellaneous Customer Letters" to "Customer Blank Email", which better fits with the title of the document
Accounting & QuickBooks
- Added "Recognize Revenue when Final Payment is Received" option - this mimics the "Date Paid" functionality in Guest Tracker 3.x
- Added export status information to the QuickBooks export window
Online Reservations
- Added Extra Guest fee calculations to the Booking Engine
