Occupancy Map
- Added a Print option that prints Occ Map via HTML. The printed occupancy map dispays room by room abbreviation and is color coded by payment status, e.g.
- Green – Full Payment
- Yellow – Partial Payment
- Red – No Payment
Note: to properly scale the occupancy map for printing on a standard size page, it is suggested that you save the HTML to a file and then open in Excel. Most web browsers do not properly support scaling and so may cut off the page.
Reports and Letters
- Updated template codes to include tags for all Customer and Reservation User Defined Fields and Checkboxes, along with labels. e.g. [cCstmFld1] and [cCstmFld1Label]. The label will automatically generate the custom field title. If the custom field is not used, then the label will not print for that document.
- Fixed a problem where whenever a template is duplicated and the copy is set to default, closing/relaunching the program overrides the defined default, and reverts back to the original default template. Configuration
- Updated Customer / Reservation User Defined Fields configuration so that fields which are hidden can be restored.
Miscellaneous
- Added an option from the About window to unlock the software prior to the demo expiration date.
Note: demo databases cannot be unlocked, while empty or imported databases can be unlocked.
