Customer List

• You can now email multiple documents / letters at the same time by selecting multiple customers and clicking the Print or Email button.
  
  
• Added option to delete multiple records.

Occupany Map

• Added color band which colors the entire reservation block based on payment status. This option can be turned on by going to Configuration > Software Settings > Lists and Occupancy Map.
  
  
• Added option to show / hide reservation detail, such as amount paid, amount due, checked-in status, payment status, and # adults / children.
  
  
• Darkened Out of Service indicator so that it is easier to read.
  

Reservation List

• Cancellation fees are now editable.
  
  
• Added option to check in / multiple reservations at once.
  
  
• Added option to delete multiple records.
  
  
• Add option to print / email multiple letters, folios, etc.
  
  
• Added the following options to Marketing Tools > Generate Email List and Marketing Tools > Generate Mailing List:

Emails/Printing

• Added Print/Email icons to the toolbar.
  
  
• Moved email server settings to Configuration > Software Settings > Email.
  
  
• Added an option to customize the subject line for e-mails (access by going to Configuration > Software Settings > Email).
  
  
• Added an option Send BCC (blind carbon copy) to any email address for all emails sent to guests. Includes Booking Engine confirmations. You can access this option by going to Configuration > Software Settings > Email.
  
  
• You can now email multiple letters / folios / confirmations / registration cards / etc. at the same time from both the customer list and reservation list.

Templates & Reports

• Changed the default date for revenue reports to display last month, e.g. if today is April 1, then the default dates should should 3/1/07 - 3/31/07.

Configuration

• Software Settings: Added Lists and Occupancy Map configuration which allows you to:
  
  • Configure default occupancy map room sort
    
  • Turn on / off payment status color band
    
  • Show / hide reservation detail for reservations on the occupancy map
    
    
• Software Settings: Added "Email" configuration, which includes the following:
  
  • Moved email options from Property Settings > Property Information to this section
    
  • Added a "Port" configuration field. Some ISPs do not allow email to be sent on port 25 and will provide you with a different port number.
    Note: If you are not sure what your SMTP port is, leave it set to 25.
    
  • Added options to specificy BCC email address for all emails sent to customers / reservations
    
  • Added option to preface or replace the default email subject line with a custom subject line (e.g your property name, etc.)
    
    
• Property Settings > Revenue Accounts: Added merge revenue accounts option
  
  
• Property Settings > Property Information: Moved email server settings to Software Settings > Email
  
  
• Room and Rate Management > Rate Seasons and Adjustments: Added right click to activate "Edit Selection"
  
  
• Room and Rate Management > Rate Seasons and Adjustments: Updated the availability display options for rate management option 2 & 3 (rates by room type) to show either available rooms / allocated rooms or booked rooms / aviailable rooms / allocated rooms. This change improves the availability display making it easier to see what rooms are booked / available under any given rate type.
  Note: These options are not available for rate management option 1 (rates by individual room)
  
  
• Room and Rate Management > Extras: cancellation fee extra is no longer deleteable

Other

• Added option to to View menu for View Rate Seasons and Adjustments, which allows access from any screen. Shortcut is CTRL + R.
  
  
• Improved portal status indicators to better show replication / synchronization status
  
  
• Added Print and Email buttons to all appropriate screens
