- Updated country list to include United Kingdom
- Edit Reservation > Added tool tip for "arrival time" and "departure time" to the arrival / departure fields (next to the arrival and departure date)
- Improved occupancy map to include drag / drop to move reservations between days, and extend / shorten reservations. This function also allows you to individually move rooms within a group reservation.
- Added a Revenue Report by "Booking Agent", which will display revenue broken down by the agent that booked the reservation, which could include:
- The RezOvation Booking Engine
- BedandBreakfast.com
- Webervations
- Any user listed (e.g. Administrator, Front Desk, or specific users by name)
- Allow multiple instances of RezOvation GT via command line switch -amc (only used when accessing multiple servers from a single client)
- Updater has been improved to better handle update process
Bug Fixes and Stability Enhancements
- Fixed a problem where some reservations canceled throughBedandBreakfast.com do not automatically come out of RezOvation GT
- Removed edit restrictions on BedandBreakfast.com invoices
- Resolve an issue where some BedandBreakfast.com reservations did not include phone numbers
- Fixed a bug which was causing the add payment function to crash when adding a CC payment to an invoice with international addresses
- Fixed a problem where BedandBreakfast.com rates in RezOvation GT were short a penny in same cases
- Improved date picker is that it does not get cut off when window is maximized and using custom filter
- Fixed an error message with DEMO databases that would occur on startup
- Resolved a problem where BedandBreakfast.com payments for canceled bookings would still show up on payment reports
- Fixed an issue which caused credit card No Referencing Transaction refunds to fail
- Improved Portal status for better stability. Will no longer show an error immediately when a brief network problem occurs
- Fixed a bug in the Rate Adjustments screen where a negative adjustment of rate percentage yields illogical message "This adjustment would create a negative rate, which is not allowed."
- Changed refund defaults for cc processing users to always default to "Process Refund"
- Optimized Booking Engine Availability calendar for properties with a large number of rooms
- Fixed a big that was causing the Select Card on File to no longer function
- Improved right mouse click over payment line item display to remove repeated payment options
- Improved RezStream import to handle data errors more gracefully
- Fixed an issue with the Charge First Night Cancel Policy which was inaccurate in the notification email sent to the innkeeper
- Improved the BedandBreakfast.com Confirmation email to correctly display the Cancel fee for cancel within X days for multi day reservations
- Overall backend improvements to online reservation stability
