* Per Room Fee: The per-unit charge is based on the number of rooms at your property. This fee is a one time charge.

** Support: A support contract is required for credit card processing customers or customers using third-party online reservation systems (e.g. Webervations, Availability Online), due to the increased support that is provided. A multi-license support contract is required for networked installations.

*** GDS: Booking Engine purchase is required for GDS. Additional fees include the Booking Engine monthly fees and $250 / year GDS maintenance fee after the first year.

‡ Credit card processing: no setup fee applies when using RezOvation credit card processing partners. Other processors may charge setup fees. A current support contract is required for credit card processing users. RezOvation GT customers must sign up for QuickBooks Merchant Service processing.
