Email

• Form Letter variables that get populated with more than 255 characters will now email properly.

Occupancy Map

• Modified the misleading message that appears when trying to print more than one month on the Occupancy Map. The message is now more informative.
• Clicking the Next (>) and Back (<) buttons on the Occupancy Map now maintain the number of days currently displayed rather than reverting to display 75 days (Units Down the Side) or 150 days (Units Across the Top).
• Thursday January 1, 2001 is no longer displayed on the Occupancy Map when Units are displayed Across the Top. This was only a display problem and had no serious side effects.
• Pressing the Enter key on the keyboard no longer closes the Occupancy Map. The Esc key will still close the window.
• Returning a single unit to service from a group of units that have been placed out of service together now returns the correct unit to service.

People

• The Zip Code pop-up window will now appear automatically when using the Another button on the Person Detail window.
• Mass Updating City, State and Zip fields now updates all of the appropriate fields in the database.

Printing

• International Date formats are now supported when printing Revenue reports. This bug was introduced in version 3.5.

Reservations

• When opening a reservation with a status of NO SHOW, clicking the OK button without making any changes no longer changes the reservation status to Checked Out.

Seasonal Rates

• The new Load Holidays/Seasons feature on the Seasonal Rates window will now recognize the current Holiday/Season if there is one rather than incorrectly creating a Base rate.
• When manually adding charges that cross seasonal boundaries, the number of Nights and Date specified by the user are now correctly taken into account rather than posting the charge for the entire length of stay.
