Guest Tracker 2.x and 3.x Phaseout Information
Effective October 1, 2004, RezOvation no longer sells Guest Tracker products or support contracts.
As of January 1, 2006, support is available on a per-incident basis for users of GT Version 3.5. Support is not longer available for version 3.1 or earlier.
RezOvation has supported and enhanced Guest Tracker since we acquired it three years ago and it has been an important part of the RezOvation software product family. Nevertheless, in a continued effort to focus on our core products and how they can best serve our customers, we have made the difficult decision to phase out Guest Tracker products.
It has always been our goal to provide customers with the best products and services available, and to this end, we must discontinue this product line and its dated technology.

Why should I upgrade from Guest Tracker to RezOvation Desktop?
- Most existing Guest Tracker data can be transferred into RezOvation Desktop, and support contracts will be transferred from Guest Tracker to RezOvation.
- Because RezOvation is written in a newer programming language, we can keep RezOvation compatible with the rapidly changing world of technology.
- RezOvation's database structure protects sensitive credit card numbers and features a more current database format than Guest Tracker.
- RezOvation Desktop is capable of real-time credit card processing, provides visual reservation tools that save you time, and allows for special group reservation options.
- RezOvation Desktop links seamlessly to our new RezOvation Booking Engine to offer even more choices and greater flexibility for guests who wish to book online from your website or the Global Distribution System (GDS).
How do I upgrade to RezOvation Desktop?
We've made it easier than ever to migrate to our state-of-the-art platform, RezOvation Desktop. Most Guest Tracker data can be transferred into RezOvation Desktop by using our free Conversion Wizard program. All current Guest Tracker 3.5 support contracts will be also be transferred to RezOvation products.
What if I stick with Guest Tracker?
- You may use Guest Tracker as long as it continues to function. GT support contracts will be honored until their expiration dates, but will not be extended.
- Per incident support will be provided for users of Guest Tracker 3.5.
- Unlock codes are available through our automated unlock code system on our website.
