How do I find the credit card number a guest used?

| When you enter a credit card number the
system stores that information on the invoice. To see the number you
will need to look at the invoice. |
| Step by Step |
| 1.) |
Visit a Reservation Detail of a guest who
you've entered a Payment or Deposit with a Credit Card Number. |
| 2.) |
Click on the Charges tab.

Click on the View Charges button.

This will bring up the yellow charge screen
with your Payment/Deposit info on it as in the following graphic. On
the bottom of the yellow part of the screen is a scroll bar which allows
you to scroll right and left. Click on the Right Arrow button as shown
in the following graphic.

As you scroll, you'll see additional information
about each of the charges listed. The furthest columns to the right
will contain any of the Credit Card information associated with the
Payments/Deposits as in the following graphic.
