"I installed the credit card processing through Rezovation GT and Quickbooks. What a great program! I have used it this past month and can't believe the ease of using the program. The credit card number can be swiped once and then is recorded and then exported into Quickbooks where it is on the deposit list. If you cannot add reservations for future dates, or your occupancy map stops at a certain point, then you may need to repair your database.

Run all three options from the Database Utilities, including Verify, Compact, and Analyze.
