PalmCntl.ocx module could not be found
| Overview |
| When trying to
install the Guest Tracker PDA module for the Palm OSŪ you may get
an error message about PalmCntl.ocx being missing or invalid. This
message indicates
that there is not a current version of the Palm Desktop installed
on your system. |
| Step
by Step |
| 1) |
Cancel or exit the installation process. |
| 2) |
Log on to the Internet and go to Palm's
web site to download the current version of the Palm Desktop. |
| 3) |
After installing Palm Desktop 4.1 or better,
restart your computer and then run the GTPDA installation again.
You should not see the error again. |
