How do I Tell Guest Tracker That I Have A New Printer?

Overview

Each report template has printer information files associated with it.  When a new printer is installed, or when switching between printers, it is necessary to inform Guest Tracker of the change so that the files can be updated.

Step by Step
1) From the "Select a Template" screen, highlight the desired report, and then click .

Note: when changing printers this will need to be done for all report templates individually.

On the "Print Options" window, click the "Change" button.

On the "Print Setup" window, click on the drop down arrow and then select the correct printer. Then click .

Note: If you are trying to resolve a printing issue, reselect the name of your printer from the list that appears below.

4) Notice now that "Make Changes Permanent" is no longer grayed out.  Click in the box to place an "X" there.  This will overwrite the existing (or corrupted) printer files.

5) Then click "Start Print" at the bottom of the window.
