| Guest Tracker uses Relationship categories
to help you better track your guests. Each person has a relationship.

| How Do I
Use Relationships? |
| 1.) |
In each Person Detail window, on the Profile
tab, there is a place where you can manually change the relationship
for that guest.

By default, when you first add a new person
to your database, they become Relation - 1 (Inquiry). |
| 3.) |
When a person who is Relation -1 makes
a reservation, they automatically advance to Relation - 2 (New Guest). |
| 4.) |
When a person who is Relation - 2 makes
a reservation, they automatically advance to Relation - 3 (Repeat Guest). |

Relationships #4, 5, and 6 are only used
when you change a person to one of those relationships. |
| How Do I
Change What Relationships Are Called? |

Switch to the Admin-Preferences section.

On the People Tab, you will see the relationship
name fields.

| 3.) |
You may change any of these fields that
you wish to whatever name you wish.
CAUTION: Even if you change the names, Guest Tracker will continue
to make new people Relation - 1 when they are created, then advance
them to Relation - 2 and - 3 as noted above. |
