How do I set up Guest Tracker to work with the Web Module?
| Overview |
| Once you have activated your property with
one of the online services, you will need to tell Guest Tracker which
room information to send to which services. This is done from the Unit
Definitions area. |
| Step by Step |
| 1.) |
In Guest Tracker, go to the Admin - Unit
Definitions section.

| 2.) |
Select the first unit you wish to have
listed on an online service. Click on it once so that it becomes highlighted. |
| 3.) |
Click to
bring up the Unit Definitions screen. |
| 4.) |
In the center of the Unit Definitions window
you will find two options check-boxes, one that says Book Online and
one that says Show Online.

If you wish to send information about a
unit to WorldRes, select the Book Online option.

If you wish to send information about a
unit to your own web site, Availability Online, Availability Tracker,
InnRes, Inntopia, or Webervations, select the Show Online option.

If you wish to send information about a
unit to both WorldRes and any or all of the others, select both options. 
|
| 8.) |
Make a selection for each unit you have
listed online. If you do not check either box, information about that
unit will not be sent to any service. |
