Dear Innkeeper,

We have important news to share with you regarding RezOvation.

As you know, we have been working hard to create the best available property management system (PMS) and booking engine. While RezOvation Desktop PMS is a great product, we want to make it even better. Our goals are to improve the quality of the software, to provide higher caliber support, and to hit our target dates for delivery of upgrades. We are entering a new era at RezOvation where we will be emphasizing service and support that is 100% focused on the B&B and small inns industry.

Our key objectives are to keep RezOvation as a solid, functional, and stable PMS for the B&B industry on a long-term basis, and to deliver top-quality support to our customers. To that end, here are some improvements you can expect to see in the coming months:

• RezOvation Desktop PMS enhancements: This summer we will release an update to RezOvation that incorporates a number of tools found in Guest Tracker. We think the combination of RezOvation's advanced features along with some of Guest Tracker's favorite tools will make this the best product we've ever had.
  
• Creation of a RezOvation Advisory Panel: This panel will help us tweak the software and give us additional feedback to ensure that our products and services continue to meet industry needs. If you would be interested in participating, please let us know. We are looking for 8-12 innkeepers from a variety of geographic locations and property types.
  
• Regular releases: The RezOvation PMS uses current technology and works well for thousands of users, and we want to keep it that way. Later this summer, we're going to start work on the next version of RezOvation Desktop, and we want your recommendations.
