Subject: RezOvation Desktop 2005 just released!

Dear Innkeeper,

We are happy to announce that RezOvation Desktop 2005 is now available for free download to all support/update customers!

This new release is the product of several months of intense effort, and includes many features that have been requested by our valued customers, including the following major enhancements:

• Custom Invoice Fields: Each invoice can now have up to six custom invoice fields for maximum flexibility.
  
• Delete Reservation Button: This button allows you to easily delete a reservation, and has been added to the Contact Data and Point of Sale screens.
  
• Edit Payments: You can now edit, delete, or reassign any payments applied to an invoice.
  
• Gift Certificate Search by Purchase and Redeemer: You can now search for gift certificates you've issued by purchaser or redeemer.
  
• Group Reservation Colors: We have added the option to assign each group a unique color to make it easier to tell them apart.
  
• Letter Codes: Additional letter codes were added to help you better customize your confirmation letters.
  
• Payment History: The Edit Invoice screen now displays payment history.
  
• Point of Sale Screen Enhancements: You can now view a list of no-shows, print the list of invoices, check in reservations, and delete invoices.
  
• Select Names Screen Enhancements: You can now print an envelope for a contact from this screen. In addition, you can also search by number of stays.
