- If you are comfortable using the online tutorials and help menus, and you do not need someone to walk you through training, you can have the fully-functional software on its own as long as you like, including updates.
- For single computer installs only. If you have a multiple computer network, you must purchase either the Basic Service or Booking Engine package.

- Does not include real-time backups, credit card processing, or other services. You must purchase at least Basic Service to receive these services.

* Properties with 50 rooms or more require full SQL Server database license, and do not qualify for free software. Standard version has a database size limit of 4 GB. Please see Enterprise edition pricing for more information.
Double-down Guarantee: RezOvation will guarantee that any property using the RezOvation Booking Engine will at least get a two-times return on their investment in every twelve-month period beginning with the Effective Date of this agreement. This means that if the total annual gross room night charges made through the RezOvation Booking Engine does not amount to at least twice as much revenue as the total amount of RezOvation annual charges made to the Participant, then the Participant shall pay nothing to RezOvation for the following twelve-month period beginning on the anniversary of the Effective Date. In order to qualify for this guarantee, the Participant must activate the RezOvation Booking Engine on the Participant website, and the RezOvation Booking Engine must be the exclusive booking engine made available for consumers to book from Participant's website.
