- Includes 1 user account. For properties up to 49 rooms, an additional $10 / month fee applies for each additional 2 users. Properties with 50+ rooms are $20 / month for each additional 2 users.

Double-down Guarantee: RezOvation will guarantee that any property using the RezOvation Booking Engine will at least get a two-times return on their investment in every twelve-month period beginning with the Effective Date of this agreement. This means that if the total annual gross room night charges made through the RezOvation Booking Engine does not amount to at least twice as much revenue as the total amount of RezOvation annual charges made to the Participant, then the Participant shall pay nothing to RezOvation for the following twelve-month period beginning on the anniversary of the Effective Date. In order to qualify for this guarantee, the Participant must activate the RezOvation Booking Engine on the Participant website, and the RezOvation Booking Engine must be the exclusive booking engine made available for consumers to book from Participant's website.
