Call accounting software allows businesses to track customer phone calls (and charges) made from phones located anywhere at the property. Bed and breakfasts and inns may use call accounting software to track phone calls made in guest rooms and to assign monetary charges for customer billing purposes. Businesses who do not own call accounting software must purchase both call accounting software and our External Posting Link if they wish to track phone call data.

The RezOvation “External Posting Link” is an add-on module that transfers phone call information (number dialed, duration of call, cost, etc.) from existing call accounting software, directly into RezOvation Desktop customer invoices. RezOvation Desktop users who already own call accounting software will need to purchase our External Posting Link if they wish to link their existing call accounting system to RezOvation Desktop.

If you do not currently own call accounting software, RezOvation also has a partnership with RSI, which has been designing and selling call accounting systems since 1990. We have worked with RSI to create a version of Shadow CMS Hospitality Software that links to RezOvation Desktop without having to purchase the External Posting Link.
