The short answer to this question is 'No', but there are some qualifiers.
RezOvation was written for and is supported on only Windows 98SE and above running on a standard IBM-compatible PC. There are several other operating systems and hardware platforms, but there are no current plans to expand into programming for non-Windows PCs.
Some customers have asked about the possibility of running RezOvation under alternative systems. Here are the results as we know them.
Hand Held PC / PDA
Users of the RezOvation Booking Engine can use, free of charge, the Mobile Booking Engine, which is compatible with most PDAs as well as mobile phones.
Macintosh
Although RezOvation is Windows-based software and has no Macintosh OS version available, there are clients running RezOvation on their Macs by using Windows-emulation software. The most popular program to do this with has been Virtual PC.
Although RezOvation is still happy to support features and functions inside the RezOvation program, we can not support the program running on a Macintosh or any other difficulties or concerns that may arise outside of the program.
Linux
There are no plans to release a Linux version of RezOvation at this time. RezOvation has heard of customers planning to use RezOvation in a Linux environment, using a Linux-based Windows emulator such as WINE, but has not had any word on the success or failure of such a project.
