RezOvation Desktop includes the ability to print to a credit card receipt printer.

Any standard printer is supported, but if you would like to make use of all of the receipt printer options, then you must purchase Epson TM-U220D printer with USB interface. Please contact the Sales team for more details on purchasing a printer.

Navigate to Tools > Print Options to change settings for the Credit Card Receipt printer.

Installing the Epson TM-U220D Receipt Printer

1. Setup printer (paper/printer cartridge), plug into your computer's USB port, and plug in power supply.

2. The Windows Add Hardware Wizard should begin.

3. Follow the on screen Wizard directions.

4. Download ATM_301E.exe from http://www.rezovation.com/downloads/ATM_301E.exe. When prompted choose "SAVE", and save the file to location on your hard drive (e.g. My Documents).

5. Browse to the saved location.

6. Double click the ATM_301E.exe.

7. Accept the License Agreement then click Next.

8. Select the Install OS then click Next.

9. Check the selection for USB Driver.

10. While in the same window, scroll down and select EPSON TM-U220 Receipt (you will have to scroll down to see this selection), then click the Printer Port Setting etc button.

11. Under Port Type select USB, and click OK.

12. Click Finish, then click Yes to restart computer.

13. Once you have restarted, test that the printer works by going to Start > Printers and Faxes. Right-click on the Epson receipt printer and select Properties, then select Print Test Page. A test page shoud be printed.

Your printer is now properly configured. Note that receipts are only printed when a credit card is processed and an approval message is received.
