Design unlimited letter templates by utilizing database mail merge codes for automated confirmation letters, deposit letters, and much more. Key database information is automatically inserted into letters which combines allows you to combine important financial information with other key information. All correspondence can be edited 'on the fly' without changing templates for later use.

RezOvation Desktop also includes special marketing tools that allow you to create unique, highly specialized marketing lists for use with special marketing letters that can be created and sent directly from within RezOvation Desktop.
