• Expanded Print Options and New Letter Codes
  
  RezOvation Desktop is now compatible with unique paper sizes. Print letters, gift certificates, and custom invoices on any size paper. For Microsoft OutlookT users, we have enhanced our HTML email feature to retain table structure and other formatting. Numerous letter 'codes' allow even greater mail merge and custom letter flexibility, including group letter codes for special group mailings.

• Hourly Reservation Enhancements
  
  If you offer spa services, weddings, meetings, equipment rentals or other items that incur hourly charges, you'll find the hourly reservation feature to be helpful. It includes are more customer information display options, visual invoice notes display, visual payment status display, start and end times displayed on invoices, 'drag and drop' and edit reservation enhancements, initiate payments, print invoices directly from the hourly screen, and more.

  The new Customer Invoice prints a daily summary amount, and is perfect for innkeepers who offer packages but only want to show a daily summary total rather than each individual item. The Detailed Invoice now shows hourly reservation start and end times. The Custom Invoice option offers you complete control and flexibility when displaying and printing all invoice data.

• More Unit Rate Flexibility
  
  Enhancements to our unit rate configuration allows for unlimited rate plans (King, Queen, etc.) and rate names. (AAA, AARP, Corporate, etc.) You may also attach special packages to any rate name to track room revenue and point of sale revenue separately. Other improvements include unlimited minimum night stay combinations and maximum flexibility for nearly all unit rate needs.

  You can choose special country formatting so all letters and labels print correctly for each country. Our custom invoice also allows international businesses to format invoices specifically for their own needs.

  From the Select Names Screen, you may now merge duplicate entries combining and retaining all important customer information and complete reservation history.

  RezOvation Desktop now offers an optional property management module for businesses that manage condo rentals, vacation rentals, and long-term rentals. You'll be able to manage up to 500 different rental units with multiple owner capability, multiple locations, commission splits, and detailed owner statements.

  This optional call accounting module transfers customers' phone call charges from your existing phone system directly into customer invoices within RezOvation Desktop.
