Booking Engine Sync

• Correct a "VerifyOccupancy3" error that would occur when running Verify Occupancy. This is caused by the fact that the user did not have any occupancy for the current day or for a future day.

Credit Card Processing

• If the user attempted to swipe card in Online Credit Card Processing Window with out first selecting the Swipe Card button, an error 3163 would occur. Typically this occured because the Swipe Card box did NOT appear if the user had already saved a credit card to the invoice under Contact Data. Adjusted so that Swipe Card box always appears regardless of whether a card is already attached to the invoice.
• Fixed an issue where the Swipe Card box did not appear automatically in the Online Credit Card Processing window.
• Fixed an issue where credit card information was disappearing from the STATUS tab after swiping credit card
• When processing a credit card refund for a transaction that was not originally process through the Merchant Partners gatway, an error 9 would occur. Added code which does not allow user to attempt to process a refund through the gateway if it was not originally processed through the gateway.

Installation

• Fixed an error with the RezOvationDemo.exe install which was causing the error "Error Registering MSSoap30.dll". To correc this issue SoapSDK has been added to the demo install. The install should be silent (not visible) the first time through. However if the user attempts to install a second time, the repair option should be chosen.

Reports

• Fixed an issue on the Payments with Account Changes report where if the user made a refund twice for the same amount on the same day, then applied a charge for the same amount, the payment did not appear.

Reserve Day

• Resolved an issue where navigating to a certain date on the Reserve Day screen caused an error 94. This was due to the fact that the was a record in the OutofService table that does not have a unit.
• Fixed an issue where removing out of service from a room would generate a 3021 and close the program. Occured only when a contact was selected that did not have an invoice attached. More likely to occur when the first contact in the database did not have any reservations or invoices.
• Fixed an issue where choosing View Contact from Reserve Day always goes to a contact from selection a made on the Select Names screen.
• Fixed a bug where a one night reservation booked was occasionally booked in the wrong room and for wrong date. This would only occur if the selection made displayed as "PENDING" instead of "PENDING (1)" (i.e. the PENDING entry was blank).

Reserve Hour

• Fixed a bug where the Unit Type colors were formatting incorrectly in the Reserve Hour screen.

Select Names

• Fixed an issue where a search on Select Names that results in 0 records caused a run-time error 3021.

Startup

• Fixed an error where using File > Network Path and selecting another database would cause the database to not load properly, e.g. no reservations appearedin the Reserve Day screen.
