Q: How can I merge duplicate guest records?

A: You can easily merge two duplicate customer records into one. This will transfer all invoices as well as customer and reservation history into one record.

First, locate the two records and decide which will be the primary. View each record and determine which record has the most current contact information. This is the record that you will keep, or the "primary" record.
