Q: Can I view emails and letters I have sent to
guests?
RezOvation Desktop allows you to save a copy of
emails and letters sent to a guest about a
reservation so that you can view them later.

Meet the Staff: Cledstone Jordan |
|
|
|
Cledstone provides technical support for all
RezOvation software. From networking issues to
software installations, he works one-on-one with
innkeepers to ensure a fully functional product. He
and the rest of the Support team will be happy to
discuss any issues that you have.
Cledstone was born and raised on the island of
Barbados and moved to Brooklyn, New York, when he
was 16. After high school, he traveled the world for
12 years with the Air Force, and then retired to
Austin.
“Though I'm not a native Texan, I can ride a horse,”
Cledstone jokes.
He says that he likes his job because the software
is no problem to maintain, and it’s easy to teach
others to use. “After set up, the software
practically runs itself,” he said. “I enjoy working
with my customers and hearing the tone of their
voice change when they realize how simple the
software is to learn, and how quick it is to correct
their issues.”
After work, you can find Cledstone running or biking
around the Town Lake trail. He also enjoys video
production, yoga, and meditation.

Overriding rates when booking a reservation
RezOvation Desktop allows you to easily override
rates when booking a reservation.
To override a rate, please begin by following the
steps below.
Create a reservation, and select a guest name if
prompted. The By the Day Reservation Dialog will
then appear. Select the Unit Rate you wish to use,
and click the Recalculate button to apply the rate.
