Viewing the history of changes to an invoice

Did you know that you can view a report of changes made to an invoice? This is useful if you want to track things like the last person to change the invoice, when items were added / deleted from an invoice, etc.

Open the Contact Invoice History (double-click on a reservation from the Reserve Day screen or find the guest that the reservation is attached to), and select the reservation that you wish to view detail for.

Click the date next to the Last Change entry, which is located on the Status tab under the Confirmation #.

This will generate a activity log report for the selected invoice, listing the date and time of the change, the initals of the user that made the change, and details of the change.
