Q: How do I merge customer referral sources?
A: RezOvation Desktop includes a special merge feature that allows you to merge duplicate referral sources, or merge similar referral sources into one source.
To access this feature, select Tools > List Edit from the menu.

| Meet the Staff: Lonny Burgos, RezOvation Technical Support Rep |

Lonny provides technical support for all RezOvation software. From networking issues to software installations, he works one-on-one with innkeepers to ensure a fully functional product. He and the rest of the Support team will be happy to discuss any issues that you have.

Viewing the history of changes to an invoice
Did you know that you can view a report of changes made to an invoice? This is useful if you want to track things like the last person to change the invoice, and when items were added or deleted from an invoice.
