Turn on Auto Updates and updates will be downloaded for you automatically!
Go to the configuration section by clicking on the gear icon or by selecting View > Configuration. Then just click the link to enable auto updates.
The next time you open the software, you will be prompted to update if a new version is available. You can also check for updates at any time by selecting Help > Install Updates from the menu.
