Exporting your financial data to QuickBooks eliminates the need for double entry. You will not have to enter sales and other data into both RezOvation GT and QuickBooks. Before you export your data, make sure you have configured your QuickBooks settings in RezOvation GT.
Best practices, and understanding how data is exported to QuickBooks
Before you export your data for the first time, it's important to follow some best practices, as well as understand how the data is exported to QuickBooks.
Select File > Export to QuickBooks from the menu.
Select a date range for the data you want to export.
Indicate the path to which you want to export your financial data.
Accept the suggested filename or type a new one.
Click OK.
To import the .iif file, open QuickBooks and select File > Utilities > Import.
