The gift certificate report enables you to track the sales and redemptions or house and third party gift certificates.
Select Reports > Gift Certificates from the menu to display the Create Gift Certificates Report window.
Select whether to report on house or third party gift certificates.
Set the redemption and expiration status of the gift certificates. For example, you could run a report of all expired gift certificates not redeemed and adjust your accounting records accordingly.
Select how you want to sort the report.
Click Create Report to generate the report.

The following message window will appear:
Click OK to generate the report and view it in Word.
