How to Check Portal Status
If everything is working correctly with your connection to the RezOvation online servers, the portal status indicator on the bottom right corner of the RezOvation GT program window should indicate "Online":

If the portal status says "Offline", "Initializing", "Disabled", or "Error", there are a few steps you can take to fix it.
Confirm that the RezOvation Server Sync is turned ON
- Open RezOvation GT, and go to the Configuration section (click the gear
icon from the toolbar)
- At the top of the screen, you will see some status information. If RezOvation Server Sync says disabled, then click the link to enable it.
Restart Your Computer
