New Features & Improvements
- We added a new reservation import feature. Please see this article for details on how to use the reservation import feature. [5.12.1.448]
- Credit card reveal messages have been improved to include more useful information. [5.12.1.448]
- The Housekeeping report has been improved in numerous ways: the default report has been revised to use a cleaner and easier to read format; data is now based on room status (not reservations); cleaned up filters; a "dirty" column has been added to display clean/dirty status; departures and arrivals will now display for the same room if a given room has both an arrival and a departure.
- Improved the performance of the Gift Certificate list.
- Improved performance and improved stability of Out of Service feature on the Occupancy Map.
- Additional information is now displayed in the Innkeeper notification email for online bookings, including guest address, notes, check in time, and more.
- Added a new "Gratuity" feature: a gratuity line item (which is calculated as a percent of charges) can now be added via the Reservation screen. To access this
feature, open a reservation and click Add > Gratuity.
- The "You Save" amount can now be turned on or off for the Booking Engine. This setting can be changed via the Booking Engine configuration.
